These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Trade5Days (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

ALL CONTENT PROVIDED BY TRADE5DAYS IS FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. NOTHING ON THIS PLATFORM CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, LEGAL, OR TAX ADVICE.
Specifically, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Trade5Days is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment firm.
- No content on this platform should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.
- Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss, including the possible loss of all invested capital.
- Past performance discussed or displayed does not guarantee future results.
- You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and their outcomes.
- You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
4. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or be under 18 with the explicit consent and supervision of a parent, guardian, or sponsor
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements (or have a parent/guardian do so on your behalf)
- Not be prohibited from using our Services under applicable laws
If you are under 18 years of age:
- A parent, guardian, or sponsor must review and agree to these Terms & Conditions on your behalf
- The enrolling parent/guardian/sponsor confirms they are aware of, consent to, and take responsibility for the student’s participation in the course
- By submitting the enrollment form, the nominated parent/guardian/sponsor represents that they have the legal authority to provide such consent
By using our Services, you (or your parent/guardian/sponsor on your behalf) represent and warrant that all eligibility requirements have been met.
5. Enrollment
To access and learn from our trading courses, you are required to enroll. By enrolling, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during enrollment
- Notify us immediately of any issues regarding your enrollment
- Accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your enrollment
Trade5Days is not responsible for any consequences arising from misleading, inaccurate, or false information provided during enrollment.
Students Under 18: If the enrolling student is under 18 years of age, the parent, guardian, or sponsor is required to pay the enrollment fee and provide accurate information on behalf of the student. If misleading or incorrect information is provided, Trade5Days is not responsible for any consequences, and no refund will be issued.
Students Age 18 or Older (Self-Paying): If the student is 18 years of age or older and is paying their own enrollment fee, they are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
Students Age 18 or Older (Sponsored): If the student is 18 years of age or older and their enrollment fee is being paid by a parent, guardian, or sponsor, it is the responsibility of the paying party to provide accurate and complete information. If incorrect or misleading information is provided, Trade5Days is not responsible for any consequences, and no refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any student who violates these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources available through Trade5Days — including but not limited to text, videos, graphics, logos, course materials, and software — are the exclusive intellectual property of Trade5Days or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
6.1 Permitted Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
6.2 Prohibited Use
You may NOT:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without prior written permission
- Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer any content
- Share login credentials or course access with others
- Upload or distribute our content to third-party platforms
- Use our content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent
7. Prohibited Conduct
When using our Services, you agree NOT to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Transmit spam, malware, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our Services

8. Payment & Refund Policy
To access our trading courses, full payment is required at the time of enrollment. Course access and learning will begin only after the complete enrollment fee has been received. By making a payment, you agree to:
- Pay the full enrollment fee before course access is granted
- Provide valid and accurate payment information
- Authorize us to charge the stated amount
All payments made to Trade5Days are non-refundable. Once the enrollment fee has been received, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, inability to attend, or dissatisfaction with the course.
If misleading, inaccurate, or false information was provided during enrollment or payment by the student, or by a parent, guardian, or sponsor paying on behalf of the student, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRADE5DAYS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Financial losses arising from trading decisions made based on our educational content
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
- Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in our content
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the event.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trade5Days and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any trading decisions you make based on content from our platform

Your continued use of our Services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the applicable courts in the jurisdiction where Trade5Days operates.
